Any information we may receive from any health care professionals (GP?s, Hospitals, Consultants and any other associates) will also be added to your optical records to ensure accurate medical history and on-going care for you.

The personal information we collect will include your name, address, telephone number, email address, GP medical details, and information regarding any NHS requirements. Any purchase of a product or service from us may be collected via credit/debit card. Your payment card information is not held by us, it is collected by a card payments processor who specialises in the secure capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

To provide eyecare services we are required by law and the Opticians Act governed by the General Optical Service.

To send you messages relating to your order by text or email, to contact you and remind you of appointments, to let you know when your order is ready or if there is a delay. This forms part of our contact with you.

If you purchase a product from us your card information is not held by us, it is collected by a third- party card payments processor who specialises in the secure and processing of credit/debit card transactions and is PCI compliant.

We will communicate with you on any future recalls, appointments, feedback and any details on relevant products, services or information that would be of interest for your optical care.

If required under any fraud prevention, criminal activity or insurance directly associated to you.
